5 – Recognition
Good work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Celebrate when a team or individuals overcomes a challenge, meets a significant company objective or secure a big client with regular recognition. It can be an employee of the month, the biggest sale of the week or something else, but having regular recognition awards gives employees something to aim for outside of their normal performance duties, and help them to feel good.
